Account Settings

Some account actions are handled through support to ensure the security of your data.

Changing Password

If you registered using email and password:

  1. Log out of your account
  2. On the login page, click Forgot Password
  3. Enter your email and follow the instructions in the email

Changing Email

To change the email address associated with your account, write to [email protected] from your current email.

Include in your message:

  • Current account email
  • New email you want to switch to

Account Deletion

To completely delete your account and all associated data, send a request to [email protected].

Warning

Account deletion is irreversible. All scenarios, databases, integration credentials, and execution history will be permanently deleted without the possibility of recovery.

Before deleting, we recommend:

  • Cancel your active subscription
  • Export needed scenarios (JSON export)
