Personal Accounts: WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn
Troubleshooting
Personal accounts are not intended for mass messaging. Use a separate number and minimal load.
New accounts require "warming up" — you cannot send many messages immediately. Gradually increase volumes, otherwise WhatsApp will block the account.
Common Errors
Error 401 Unauthorized
{
"status": 401,
"title": "Unauthorized",
"message": "This account has been disconnected. To proceed using your account, please re-authorize your connection in the Authorizations section"
}What to do:
- Open the Authorizations section
- Click Reconnect / Reauthorize
- Scan the QR code in WhatsApp on your phone
- Make sure your phone is online and WhatsApp is open
Reauthorization is free if the connection was not deleted and the current period is still paid.
Frequent Disconnections
The connection may break for various reasons:
On your side:
- Phone is offline or WhatsApp is unloaded from memory
- WhatsApp Web is open in another service or browser
- VPN or frequent IP changes
On WhatsApp's side:
- Inactivity for more than 14 days — session closes automatically
- WhatsApp reinstallation, phone change, or restore from backup — all connected devices are disconnected
- Phone number change or two-factor authentication PIN change
- Suspicious activity (unusual IP, frequent reconnections)
- Issues due to browser cache clearing or system updates
Best Practices
To reduce the risk of blocking:
- Use random intervals between messages
- Limit the number of recipients
- Add variation to texts — don't send identical messages
- Monitor complaints from recipients
- Avoid words that WhatsApp may consider spam
