Fireflies.ai

Use the Fireflies.ai nodes in Latenode to automate your workflows. You can retrieve meeting transcripts, run GraphQL queries, and list all available transcripts.

Prerequisites

• A Fireflies.ai account (Sign up here)
• A Latenode account (Sign up here)
• Your Fireflies.ai API key (Navigate to the Integrations section → Click on Fireflies API → Copy and store your API key securely)

Steps to Connect and Configure Fireflies.ai

1. Log in to Latenode

Go to https://app.latenode.com/ and log in.

2. Create a New Authorization

• Go to Connections: https://app.latenode.com/connections
• Click New Authorization
• Search for Fireflies.ai (API Key)
• Paste your API key
• Save the connection

3. Create and Configure a Scenario

• Go to Scenarios: https://app.latenode.com/scenarios
• Click Create New Scenario
• In the scenario canvas, add a new node.
• In the search bar, find and select a Fireflies.ai node (e.g., Get Transcript, Execute GraphQL Query, List Transcripts).

4. Configure the Get Transcript Node

• Click the node to open settings
• Under Authorization, choose the Fireflies.ai connection you created
• Fill in the required parameters depending on the method

5. Test the Connection

• Click Run Node Once to check that the API key works and the node returns data.
